Common questions

Is Box available on the free plan?

Yes. Google Drive, Dropbox, and Box are available on the free tier. Check pricing for cloud-to-cloud and higher quota.

Do you keep copies of files transferred to Box?

No. Bytes stream through during the job. We retain encrypted tokens and transfer metadata only.

What happens if Box rate-limits a transfer?

The job may fail or retry depending on the error. Failed jobs do not consume quota; you can retry from your feed.
