Terms of Service
By using SaveToDrive ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
SaveToDrive provides server-side tools to transfer files from URLs or between cloud storage accounts you connect via OAuth. We do not host your files long-term; transfers stream through our infrastructure.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Infringe copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
- Transfer, store, or distribute illegal content or malware
- Circumvent access controls or abuse third-party APIs or rate limits
- Resell or overload the Service in ways that harm other users
- Violate the terms of any connected cloud provider
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice depending on severity.
Content and copyright
You represent that you have the right to access and transfer any content you submit. SaveToDrive acts as a technical intermediary at your direction. We do not pre-screen URLs or files.
DMCA / copyright complaints
If you believe content transferred through the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to dmca@savetodrives.com (placeholder — update before launch) including identification of the work, the infringing material, your contact information, and a statement of good faith.
Billing and quota
Paid plans are billed monthly based on published pricing and bandwidth quotas. Quota applies to successfully completed transfers. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific transfer speeds, or compatibility with every source URL or provider API change.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaveToDrive is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
