Integration

Save to Dropbox from a URL

Authorize Dropbox once. SaveToDrive streams files from public links or other connected clouds into Dropbox on our infrastructure.

What you can do

  • Pull a public URL into Dropbox without using your laptop bandwidth
  • Move files from Google Drive, Box, or pCloud into Dropbox
  • Run batches in the background and get notified on completion
  • Keep multiple Dropbox connections labeled for work and personal

How to connect

  1. Sign up and open Connections in SaveToDrive.
  2. Connect Dropbox through the official OAuth flow.
  3. Start a remote upload or cloud-to-cloud job with Dropbox as the destination.

Common questions

Do you need my Dropbox password?

No. Connection uses Dropbox OAuth. You can revoke access anytime in Dropbox security settings.

Are failed transfers counted against quota?

No. Only successfully completed transfers count toward your monthly bandwidth.

Can I transfer large files?

Yes, within your plan quota. Transfers run on our workers so your device stays out of the data path.
