How to do it

Is this continuous sync?

Today you run transfers on demand (or queue batches). Scheduled sync is on the roadmap — not live yet.

Can I back up into a specific bucket/prefix?

Yes. Pick the bucket when connecting Backblaze B2, then choose the destination path when starting the job.

What counts against quota?

Bytes successfully written to Backblaze B2. Failed jobs do not consume quota.
