What kinds of URLs work?

Publicly reachable HTTP(S) URLs that allow our servers to fetch the file. You must have the right to access and store the content.

Do failed remote uploads use quota?

No. Only completed transfers count toward your monthly bandwidth.

Can I queue multiple URLs?

Yes. Free plans may limit concurrency; paid plans allow multiple files at once within plan rules.
